Referral Reward Program

Accutemp has installed, serviced and maintained residential heat pumps and gas furnaces since 1980. We have thousands of happy satisfied customers. Many of our customers recommend our services. As a way to acknowledge the value of a referral customer we have started a new "Referral Reward" program as a way to say Thank You.

Our goal is to exceed our existing customer's expectations for quality workmanship and installations. Our objective is to provide a "thank you based reward" to customers that provide us with new customer referrals.
The program works as follows:

Any current Accutemp residential customer that provides a qualified referral for installation of a new residential heat pump or gas furnace system to be installed by Accutemp will be rewarded with one of three "referral reward" incentives.

  • We will deduct $50.00 from the existing customers next heat pump maintenance inspection, or
  • We will donate $50.00 to the United Way on behalf of Accutemp and the customer, or
  • We will give the referring customer cash by way of a new $50.00 Canadian bill.

The rules are as follows:

  • The new referred customer needs to let us know at the start of the proposal who the existing referring customer is in order that we can pay one of the three rewards to our existing referring customer promptly upon completion of the job.
  • The referral is valid upon acceptance of our proposal. For clarification, the referral reward is based upon actual sale made to the new customer and not just a lead for a potential sale.
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals that any one customer can supply to Accutemp.
  • There is no responsibility express or implied by or to the referring customer.
